May I pause my subscription?

Yes! Subscribers are welcome to let us know if they need to pause their subscription for any reason. We simply ask for ample time to make the appropriate changes in our routes and systems.

Turn provides seasonal compost giveback to active subscribers with the option to accept a service bucket full of finished, nutrient dense compost soil. The empty bucket is then return with regular service for future use.

Does turn accept compostable bags?

No! Turn does not accept any kind of compostable plastics, including compostable bags. We encourage subscribers who prefer a liner to utilize brown paper or a natural carbon material. Learn more about Turn’s accepted or non-accepted items.

What happens if I miss the service window?

Does Turn operate during holiday’s or inclement weather?

If you miss Turn’s service window, please continue to fill your bucket until the next week or regular service opportunity. Turn is unable to provide additional service accommodations at this time.
